8/26 Orchard Avenue resident stated she was harassed while walking her dog, wished to file complaint.

 

8/26 Caller reported excessive noise at Forest Avenue construction site, 2:02 p.m. Average noise observed.

 

8/25 Average noise. Leaf blowers reported in use, Grace Church Street, 11:07 a.m. No leaf blowers, only weedwhacker.

 

8/24 Owner stated her vehicle was damaged in hit-and-run while parked on Old Milton Road. She was advised to return to area to canvass for any cameras, other evidence.

 

8/24 Bossa No-no. Identity theft. Resident reported Brazilian SS card/number were being used in Brazil.

 

8/24 Party reported three coyotes running towards Blind Brook near BPR, past Old Post Road, 7:31 a.m.

 

8/23 Youths at Rye Rec skate park after hours, 8:58 p.m. Teens asked to leave; they complied.

 

8/23 Complainant reported large tent, multiple cars in front of Douglas Circle residence. Was concerned if they were adhering to Covid-19 restrictions. No violations observed; resident was advised to follow safe distance practices, make sure all occupants wore masks.

 

8/23 Lost. Male, white T-shirt, shorts, appeared to be heavily intoxicated and needed assistance, Gagliardo Park, 4:42 p.m. Area canvassed, negative results.

 

8/23 Found. Open-container violation. Possibly intoxicated male attempting to get in car, High/Clinton streets, 5:43 p.m. Vehicle towed by Vincent’s.

 

8/23 Tree branch down on primary, cable/internet wires, Roosevelt Avenue, 11:12 a.m. Con Ed notified. Tree down, Forest/Rye Beach avenues, 7:39 a.m.

 

8/23 Ellsworth Street party heard noises coming from upstairs, requested officer to perform interior check of her home, 11:24 p.m. Was a balloon in ceiling fan.

 

8/22 Missing pRYEde flag reported, Green Avenue, 3:17 p.m. Spoke with complainant, advised him of previous report taken in regard to similar flag. Owner was to fill out deposition.

 

8/22 Founder of pRYEde community group located bunch of her flags in pile at intersection of Forest Avenue/Martin Butler Court, 12:17 p.m.

 

8/22 Stolen kayak reported, Stuyvesant Avenue.

 

8/22 Intoxicated male, 16 years old, Milton Road, 12:45 a.m. Transported to Greenwich Hospital.
