10/8: Asked the dog? Caller reported dog biting another dog, Orchard Avenue. Involved party did not want to file report.

10/9: Jumping the gun. Two Milton Road houses covered in toilet paper, 2:44 a.m.

10/8: Group talking loudly, Greenhaven Beach, 3:38 a.m. GOA.

10/8: Leaf blowers in use prior to 10 a.m., Apawamis Avenue. Warning issued to landscaper.

10/8: Southpaw. Car parked for two weeks, left wheel to curb, Central/Summit avenues. Summons issued.

10/8: Injured coyote reported in Mohawk Street backyard. Was rabid racoon, discharged by two rounds from department-issued firearm. Discharge firearm report prepared.

10/8: Shell phone. Dispute reported in BPR gas station parking lot. Parties claimed that they were upset because they couldn’t find their phone.

10/7: Illegally parked vehicle, BPR/Parsons Street. Warning issued, driver on scene settled with Hannigan’s Towing.

10/7: Walk-in stated his home was burglarized by family member. Complainant also reported same person took his vehicle without permission, got into accident with it, then returned it.

10/7: Double-Bogey. Caller reported two-car accident, RGC parking lot. Property damage.

10/7: Harding Drive caller stated party with underage drinking was in progress. Spoke to resident who stated he had a few friends over and then it got out of hand. Homeowner was coming home in ten minutes to speak with son.

10/7: CVS manager reported theft of condoms. Car 15 sent.

10/6: Too many fish in the sea…chest. Vessel boarding. Summons issued for no Marine Registration and Possessing Fish Over Limit, Port Chester Harbor, 3:09 p.m.

10/6: Several youths playing on Milton School grounds, 10:40 p.m. Asked to leave. Complied.

10/5: Walk-in stated his car was stolen from Station Plaza between 9 a.m. and 6:20 p.m.

10/4: Deer reported stuck on Chester Drive fence. Deer DOA. DPW notified, responding.

10/4: Bicyclist reported struck by car, Five Points, 3:34 p.m.

10/4: Possibly abandoned blue Chevy pickup, no plates, parked near New/Purchase streets. Spoke with property manager who was to speak with City Hall regarding whether it is on private or public property.

10/4: Tailgate party. Rules of the Road. Warning issued, following too closely, BPR/Parsons Street.

10/3: Foul play. Caller reported portable basketball hoop south of Rye Beach Avenue near Halstead Place causing traffic hazard at night. Hoop was standing upright in road. Officer to contact homeowner to make them aware hoop must be on their property.

10/3: Party reported striking deer on Playland Parkway. WCPD notified.

10/3: Boat adrift outside of navigable channel near Waters Edge. Recovered.

10/2: Illegally parked vehicle, Mead Place. Summons issued.

10/1: Complainant stated someone forwarded mail, package to Bronx address without her permission. Party’s mail brought to HQ by postmaster. No crime committed, postal inspector to handle.

10/1: Cars reported parked on North Street sidewalk. Vehicles moved. Resident owner warned.

9/30: Theodore Fremd caller reported her neighbor’s dog broke off leash, attempted to attack her dog. Car 18 sent.

9/30: Report of roof work about to start, Brown Avenue/Lynden Street, 11:12 a.m. Construction crews notified to cease work.

9/30: Wake up call. Party stated there were unknown individuals trying to get into his Marriott hotel room, 1 p.m. Advised that stated individuals were hotel workers, to speak with management about not being disturbed.

9/30: Dispute among four females in Midland Avenue parking lot over a cell phone. Spoke to parties, they came to agreement. Settled on scene.

9/30: Two parties found at Gagliardo Park, 10:34 p.m. Posted signs clearly state park close dusk-to-dawn. Both asked to clean up and leave.

9/28: Caller reported water main break which was getting worse, Locust Avenue. Water found coming up through pothole in roadway. Desk to notify Suez. Location marked.

9/28: Love me tinder. Male, female reported yelling at each other outside car, BPR/Central Avenue. Female took Uber home.

9/28: Caller reported Hispanic male in his 40s, wearing white shorts, blue fleece, with red backpack attempted to steal bicycle at train station.

9/28: He Suez, They Suez. Oakwood Avenue caller stated water company entered his residence, went into his basement, and changed meter service without his permission to enter home, then left tools behind.

9/27: Concerned neighbor stated two small children riding bikes in roadway near Adelaide Street/Roosevelt Avenue, with no helmets. No parents. GOA.

9/26: Oakwood Avenue caller stated her neighbor was locked in bathroom, requested assistance. Individual let out.

9/26: Flood reports:

Road blocked by water, Cottage Street/Midland Avenue, 3:11 p.m.

Water flow exceeding top of Bowman Dam, 4:37 p.m.

Wappanocca Avenue/Highland Road, roads blocked, multiple vehicles in danger.

Hewlett Avenue/Milton Road, water rising, road flooded, causing manhole cover to rise up. 6:22 p.m.

Theodore Fremd/Elm Place Roadway closed due to flooding.

Locust Avenue caller stated she may need to be rescued, water 2-feet deep.

Possible evacuation of woman, 2-year-old female, Mendota Avenue.
