Fiona Dogan, of Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty Rye office, has been named a 2011 Westchester Five Star Real Estate Agent. Fewer than 4% of the licensed agents in the county made this exclusive list.

“Fiona’s unparalleled insight into the local Rye/Harrison real estate markets, coupled with her global perspective and exceptional dedication to customer service, has brought her business to this prestigious level,” said Pati Holmes, who manages the Rye office. “Her clients are impressed with her energy and creativity, and she is highly respected in the real estate community for her integrity and intelligence”.

Ms. Dogan’s real estate career began in 2004 when she rebuilt her own home. Since then, she has designed, built, and sold several Shingle-style houses in the area, and, in the process, gained invaluable first-hand experience on local building.

She joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 2007 and rose quickly to become one of the office’s leading agents.  She is also a relocation specialist.

Ms. Dogan said the Five Star designation was one of the highlights of her career. “I am delighted that my clients recommended me so highly for this award. Their satisfaction is extremely important to me and will always be my top priority in real estate.”

Michèle Flood, an associate broker in Coldwell Banker’s Rye office, was recently ranked among the top real estate sales professionals in the country based on sales volume. Ms. Flood, who closed more than $41.4 million in sales in 2010, was listed among The Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends top 250 list of sales professionals.

“Michèle’s achievements and professionalism are deeply admired by her colleagues and clients,” said Cathleen Smith, president of Coldwell Banker in Connecticut and Westchester. She has built a reputation as a trusted real estate advisor who delivers unparalleled service to her buyer and seller clients. This honor reflects how exceptional she is on a national level as well.”

A longtime Rye resident, Ms. Flood consistently ranks as Coldwell Banker’s No. 1 agent in Westchester. She earned the Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier award this year, which is presented to fewer than 1% of approximately 90,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.

With expertise in marketing and selling luxury homes, Flood was recently named a Megabroker in the state of New York by Unique Homes magazine and serves as an expert panelist at various industry events.
