Melissa Ann Futia and Matthew Thomas Lenihan were married on September 30, 2017 at Resurrection Church in Rye. The Rev. Daniel O’Reilly officiated. A reception followed at Coveleigh Club.

The bride, 35, is the daughter of Lynn and Dale Kaufteil of Rye and Richard Futia of Port Chester. She is a graduate of Rye High School, class of 2001 and of Marist College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in 2005. She holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from Florida Southern College. 

The groom, 34, is the son of William and Margaret Lenihan of Pleasantville, N.Y. He is a graduate of Pleasantville High School, class of 2001 and of Siena College, where he received a Bachelor of Science in 2005. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at the University of South Florida. 

After a honeymoon in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, the couple returned to their home in Tampa, Florida.
