The fall edition of Hudson Valley Restaurant Week comes to Rye and environs October 29-November 11. Participating restaurants, La Panetière, Morgan’s Fish House, Frankie & Johnnie’s, and Saltaire in Port Chester are offering $22.95 and $32.95 three-course, prix-fixe lunches and dinners to eager diners.
