Eileen Pellegrini, a 40-year resident of Rye, N.Y., passed away on Jan. 22, 2024, from complications arising from breast cancer. She was 66.
Born in Ozone Park, N.Y., she was a parishioner at Our Lady of Grace Church, where she participated in many musical theater events.
Before moving to Rye, she worked on the production side of both the import/export and lingerie industries.
For many years, Mrs. Pellegrini served as a teacher’s aide at Osborn School and was involved in various community projects.
She is survived by her husband, Loreto, son Michael, and daughter Laura; her daughter-in-law, Nicole; her granddaughter, Charlotte; her mother, Maryanne McCauley; her twin sister, Maryanne Rainone, and her brothers Michael, Thomas, and Matthew McCauley.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at Church of the Resurrection on Jan. 26.
