At 23 stations (Air, Building, Imagination, Highway, Water, Toddler Park, and Sprinkles) spread out between Rye Town Park and Playland, children built all sorts of things with pipes, flew balsa wood airplanes, experienced a wind tunnel, sculpted with yarn, navigated an obstacle course, played in a pop-up water park, and listened quietly to stories under a tent.
It was a day of great experimentation and inspiration and it gave the community even greater expectations of the museum to come.
