Oliff brings to her new position more than 13 years of leadership experience at prestigious luxury resorts. She most recently served as Director of Operations for The St Regis Residence Club in Aspen, Colorado, where her responsibilities included managing 25 residences, more than 250 owners, HOA management and Board relations. Her career also spans roles in spa, recreation and leisure programming. She has held positions as Spa Director of Remède Spa at The St Regis Aspen, rated the number one spa in the world by Travel + Leisure; Recreation Director at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Residence Club in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands; Spa Director at The Ritz-Carlton Club in Aspen Highlands, Aspen; and Spa Manager at The Spa at The Broadmoor, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Oliff has an international upbringing, growing up in Lausanne, Switzerland, and attending the University of St Andrews in the United Kingdom.
