Last week at the City Council meeting, I made a mistake. I sincerely apologize for the confusion I created. To clarify, I asked NYCOM to provide its advice in writing. NYCOM asked me to send my thoughts to them. I then wrote at the suggestion of NYCOM, for their review, summarizing lengthy discussion with them. NYCOM returned the summarized advice without changes.
I appreciate my error and, again, apologize. I do not believe my mistake changes the meaning or intent of the advice.
