2/26: Two-vehicle accident reported, possible injuries, Theodore Fremd Avenue. Acura passenger safely behind airbag, only shoes showing.

Ambulance, flatbed requested.

 

2/25: Noise Complaint. Alarm reported sounding on Purchase near Woodrow Jewelers.

 

2/25: Dale Carnegie refresher. Parkway Drive caller reported suspicious male “punching” on her door, not stating what he wanted. She observed male,

wearing sweatpants/jacket, going to neighbor’s house, where he appeared to be in verbal confrontation, heading onto Reymont Avenue.

Parties were remodeling company workers, soliciting.

 

2/24: Cry-MCA. Complainant reported property stolen from YMCA locker.

 

2/24: Fence needed. Neighborhood trouble on Orchard Avenue, two neighbors arguing over issues.

 

2/24: Caller reported black Lexus SUV followed him, Playland Parkway/Ridgeland Terrace area.

Made two U-turns, passed at high rate of speed.

 

2/24: Larceny from a car reported, Johnson Place.

 

2/24: E-gressive. Complainant stated dog ran out of Manursing Way yard, attacked another dog on street.

Does not want to pursue unless there is reoccurrence.

Owner to check electric fence.

 

2/23: Loose dog reported, WESTMED lot, Theall Road, black labradoodle.

 

2/23: Florence Avenue resident reported someone entered their unlocked vehicle overnight. No items reported taken.

 

2/23: York Avenue caller reported someone entered their motor vehicle sometime overnight, unknown items taken.

 

2/23: Another Florence Avenue caller reported overnight larceny from her vehicle.

 

2/22: Caller reported finding needles near her Purchase Street business. Two hypodermic needles, syringes found on ledge in front of door. Officer took syringes to destroy.

 

2/21: Wainwright House employee’s son reported stealing checks, cashing them under his name.

2/20: Pfffft. Midland Avenue complainant stated unknown party flattened his tires.

 

2/19: Walk-in reported people taking down signs, Walnut Street.

 

2/19: Deer reported struck by vehicle. DPW notified, deer dispatched, removed.

 

2/18: “Tampering” motion signal, Citibank ATM. Checked area, all in order.

 

2/18: Trax tow truck driver reported repossession at Nursery Lane address.

 

2/18: Caller reported suspicious blue van parked in front of Walnut Street residence. Plates checked.

 

2/18: Complainant stated his TD Bank account was accessed without consent and 15K withdrawn.

 

2/18: Stanley Keyes Court caller reported suspicious vehicle. But GOA northbound on Forest Avenue. Police unable to get more information from caller, canvassed area without results.

 

2/17: No good “vibrations” at Citibank ATM.

 

2/17: Suspicious Ryder truck reported stopping in driveways, Beverly/Parkway drives.

 

2/16: Suspicious older model maroon sedan seen in Lindbergh Avenue/Byrd Street area. Just painter looking for Bennett Street job site.

 

2/16: Witness left scene. Caller reported suspicious persons calling door-to-door, Loewen/Barbara courts. Jehovah’s Witnesses departing area.

 

2/16: LAN down? Elderly caller reported problem with her sewing machine.

 

2/16: ATM “indication,” Citibank. All appeared normal.

 

2/16: Marriott night manager reported youths drinking in parking lot creating a disturbance, 10 p.m.

 

2/16: High-ding low. Caller reported unknown male hiding under High Street deck. Canvassed area, no result.

 

2/15:  Roger Sherman Place/BPR, suspicious person walking dressed all in black, 2:06 a.m. Party identified with U.S. passport.

2/15: Hillside Road/Purchase Street, vehicles parked in violation of snow ordinance. Summonses.

2/15: Walnut Street resident reported package delivered to her apartment front door was stolen, 4-6 p.m.

 

2/15: Caller reported snow not shoveled on sidewalks, Osborn Road/Woods Lane.

 

2/14: Be my Valentine. Not. Party reported she was harassed in YMCA parking lot, stated other party threatened damage to her vehicle, then left scene. Report taken.

 

2/14: Walk-in reported non-permit parking in Highland Hall lot.

 

2/14: Purchase Street larceny reported, one or two purses, 11 a.m.-12 p.m.

 

2/14: Caller reported she struck a deer, Bradford Avenue/BPR. Damage to driver’s side front end. Party will follow up later.

 

2/13: Disconnect noticed. Construction company electrician reported someone entered Greenleaf Street site overnight, cut multiple electrical wires. Party to drop off paper work at HQ.

 

2/13: Snow in front of vacant Homemade Pizza store. Second violation.

 

2/13: Scofflaw violation, Theodore Fremd Avenue/Purchase Street, $420. Vehicle towed.

 

2/13: Complainant stated that attempts were made to open fraudulent accounts with name, Social Security number.

 

2/13: Party claimed that when he picked up vehicle from Hannigan’s tow, he observed damage, missing spoiler.

 

2/13: Walnut Street caller reported another tenant was threatening her.

 

2/12: Unit 3 reported icy conditions, Central Avenue. DPW foreman notified.

 

2/12: Extra patrol, Osborn/Midland, RHS/RMS schools, 8:35 – 9:27 a.m.

 

2/12: Fine, but not so dandy. Scofflaw vehicle detected, Lot #4, School/Smith streets. Not towed, owner notified, paid fines at City Hall.

 

2/12: Midland Avenue complainant stated vehicle damaged sometime 2/9.

 

2/12: Wallet found, Purchase Street/Purdy Avenue.

 

2/11: Caller reported icy conditions in Forest Avenue/Grace Church Street area, cars off roadway. DPW notified, officer dispatched.

 

2/11: Brookdale Place/Milton Road resident reported narrow parking on street, emergency vehicles unable to access.

Officer observed several vehicles blocking access to Brookdale. Announcement made at RHS at officer’s request. Vehicles belonged to students.

 

2/10: North Street passerby reported gas odor. Officer on scene smelled gas. Con Ed/RFD on scene.

 

2/10: Midland/Peck avenues, disabled vehicle created hazard. Towed.

 

2/9: DPW reported Rye Ford private plow pushing snow on roadway.

 

2/9: Disabled vehicle, Firemen’s Circle, Hannigan’s diapatched.

 

2/9: Rosemere Street/Forest Avenue, snow blowers putting snow back on roadway. Cleared by DPW.

 

2/9: Horton Street resident stated suspicious woman in blue Ford Explorer driving around area looking for snow removal unit.

 

2/9: Fish-ti-cuffs. DPW having verbal dispute with owner in front of Morgan’s Fish House, pushing snow on roadway after DPW cleared.

 

2/9: Officer reported illegally parked vehicles, Old Rye Beach Avenue. Condition corrected.

 

2/8: DPW advised vehicle abandoned in middle of roadway, Hall’s Lane/Forest Avenue area, plows cannot get through.

 

2/8: Four-wheelers reported driving recklessly in roadway, Ormond Place/Hill Street.

 

2/7: Caller reported suspicious female in suspicious white sedan with computer. Female was doing property check.

 

2/7: Three officers possibly exposed to unknown chemicals, pharmaceuticals while attending to case.

 

2/6: Caller reported vehicle parked facing wrong way. Summons issued.
