Here’s to the Rye High School Class of 2012
It was a picture-perfect day, last Saturday for the 81st annual Rye High School Graduation Ceremony. The Class of 2012 strode proudly across the bridge and to the field as the Rye High School Band performed “Pomp and Circumstance”.
It was a picture-perfect day, last Saturday for the 81st annual Rye High School Graduation Ceremony. The Class of 2012 strode proudly across the bridge and to the field as the Rye High School Band performed “Pomp and Circumstance”.
Principal Patricia Taylor welcomed graduates, faculty, and families. Superintendent Dr. Edward Shine, who is retiring after 16 years at the helm, had gracious words for the grads.
After orations — in Latin and English — and magical musical interludes, School Board President Laura Slack presented the diplomas.
