2/16 Caller reported his neighbors in verbal argument. No noise observed upon arrival. Parties had been having loud discussion, 10:09 p.m., Highland Hall.
2/16 Case closed. Manursing Way caller reported suspicious package, gray suitcase behind a tree, between house and bridge. Items in case appeared to be garbage, removed and placed in trash.

2/15 Complainant reported multiple youths riding bikes in roadway causing traffic hazard, BPR/Parsons Street, 3:08 p.m.
2/15 Caller stated deer appeared to be injured near BPR/Park Avenue. Likely struck by vehicle, now off roadway. DPW notified.

2/14 Party was detected on Ring camera looking around complainant’s vehicle in Cedar Place driveway. Negative on canvas.
2/14 Abridged version. Truck struck train bridge over Purchase Street, 5:26 p.m. MTA Police notified. Intersection closed, Metro North bridge inspectors on scene, 7:12 p.m. Vehicle, debris removed by Safeway Towing.
2/14 Roses red, Violets blue, not back soon, I’m so over you! Orange Nissan, Conn. plates, ran out of gas, BPR/I-287, 12:42 a.m. Driver left female passenger to go find gas. Vehicle flared out, RPD phone number supplied to passenger.
2/13 Let it slide. Soundview Avenue complainant stated road was impassable due to sledders, snowboarders parked on both sides of roadway along golf course. No illegally parked vehicles were observed at location.
