10/31 Caller stated vehicle struck his Byrd Street neighbor’s vehicle causing damage, then drove onto his lawn causing further damage before leaving scene. Caller had license plate information.
10/31 No treat! Purchase Street caller reported tires slashed on two vehicles overnight. Sworn statement taken.
10/31 Bradford/Florence avenues area resident stated youths threw eggs at her when she opened her door for trick or treaters. Requested extra patrol in neighborhood.
10/31 Over, easy. Large group of youths reported being disorderly near CVS, trying to buy eggs, shaving cream. Manager told group to leave store, refused to comply. Crowd dispersed.
10/30 Kayaker reported in need of assistance, breakwater at Playland Cove. Upon arrival, found single kayaker fishing outside breakwater. Party stated he did not need assistance.
10/30 Caller stated group of youths tried to remove signs from front gate at AYC. Caller said he stopped them from taking said signs. They took off in red Honda. Youths had been looking at Halloween decoration, did not remove anything.
10/29 Double indemnity. Walk-in came to HQ to report dispute he had with his Waters Edge neighbor. While there, neighbor called to report same dispute.
10/28 Holly Lane caller stated he heard multiple voices, saw flashlights outside his home. Requested police check it out, 11:44 p.m. Canvassed area. Unfounded.
10/27 911 caller said she was abandoned by Uber driver, Forest Avenue/Playland Parkway, 4:27 a.m. Was upset and disoriented, stated name and that she was resident of Rye Brook. Given courtesy transport home.
10/27 Caller stated older male in front of Playland Market acting strangely, 8:56 a.m. Homeless man sent for evaluation to White Plains Hospital.
10/27 Parkway Drive caller stated well-dressed male requested entry to his house. Party claimed he did roof work on the house recently, but no work had been done. Advised homeowner to keep home secured, contact PD if another incident occurred.
10/26 Walk-in stated her GMC Acadia was missing from train station parking lot. Sworn statement taken.
10/26 Eight to go. Injured cat reported on side of Theodore Fremd Avenue by Garver Drive. Black-and-white alley cat, no collar struck by motor vehicle. Reporting party did not hit said cat. When officer approached, cat ran down street into Harrison.
