3/7 Move over, Rover. Caller reported Range Rover parked in Car Park 3 taking up two spaces. Summons issued.
3/10 Rye Marina staff advised that slip-holder had property removed from his boat.
3/10 Complainant stated someone used his name and SSN to open Sprint account and charge over $5,600.
3/10 Sand Street/Milton Road caller reported multiple leaf blowers in use. No violation witnessed at location.
3/10 CVS employee stated angry customer had just left store. Result was other patrons were scared to leave, 6:08 p.m.
3/10 Verbal dispute between Central Avenue apartment neighbors over noise issue, 10:39 p.m.
3/9 Harrison PD was looking for three male suspects. Parties observed in Brentwood area breaking into cars, 1:50 a.m.
3/9 No can do. Caller stated vehicle was parked in violation of posted sign. Party worked for private trash company and could not get to cans. Vehicle was properly parked on private restaurant lot.
3/9 Officer reported party was struck by car on northbound side of Station Plaza, 7:33 a.m.
3/9 Nice try. Vehicle parked in Highland Road lot with no front plate mounted. Registration placed on driver’s side dashboard. Summons issued.
3/9 Richard Place complainant stated her front license plate was missing. Did not know whether it fell off or was stolen.
3/9 Resident wished to document a Verizon account being opened in her name.
3/9 Assisted Milton Harbor House resident with exploded grill that was on fire. RFD dispatched.
3/8 Colby Avenue caller reported hearing explosion before her power went out. Power out in area. Con Edison notified.
3/7 Officer injured while responding to aid victim of motor vehicle accident, Barron Place/Stuyvesant Avenue,10 a.m.
3/7 Lawn party. La Salle Avenue resident reported a car parked on private property, his lawn. Owner contacted and asked to move vehicle.
3/7 Port Chester PD arrested male who had Rye City Court bench warrant issued for him.
3/7 Locust Avenue caller stated their dog bit her brother, requested ambulance. Said she was placing dog in cage. Male victim taken to Greenwich Hospital.
3/7 Birds of a feather. Officer checked on suspicious group near Edith Read Sanctuary, 9:09 p.m. Group scattered into woods.
3/7 Adelaide Street caller stated she believed several high school-aged youths were attempting to break into unoccupied house that was for sale. Stated they removed “For Sale” sign, then replaced it. Officers found local youths who were visiting friend on block. No attempt had been made to enter residence in question.
3/7 Not-so-grand larceny. Caller stated group of ten youths was making noise and stole stop sign, Greenhaven Road, 11:42 p.m. Recovered two signs, dropped at DPW.
3/6 Mead Place caller stated his driveway was blocked by vehicle. Summons issued.
3/5 Injured deer reported, BPR, 7:04 a.m. Dispatched with one round from duty pistol, removed by DPW.
3/5 No-Zone layer? Construction vehicle observed idling, BPR/Sonn Drive, 10:47 a.m. Advised driver to turn engine off or move along. Engine turned off.
3/4 Highland Road/Oneida Street caller reported low-hanging vine obstructing road. Officer removed lowest one, but some could not be reached from ground.
3/4 Rosemere Street complainant stated workers were making too much noise, 7:51 p.m. Situation corrected.
3/4 Foul Play. Complainant stated red SUV with NJ plates had just driven through locked gates at end of Sanford Street. County Police notified. Second caller stated car left Playland, headed north on Forest Avenue with flat tire, 9:24 p.m.
3/3 Vehicle observed in Rye Rec parking lot, idling. Uber driver relaxing before next pickup. Warning issued.
3/3 Unoccupied PT Cruiser reported sitting by Midland Avenue/I-95 overpass. Summons issued, vehicle towed.
3/3 Out-of-town vehicle stopped, Leonard/Grace Church streets, Port Chester. Registered owner was wanted out of New Paltz for Disorderly Conduct, not on scene at time of stop. Vehicle towed.
3/3 Criminal mischief. Meadow Place complainant stated someone intentionally damaged door to his residence.
3/2 Cow’s head found inside bag by party working in area of Car Park 2. Detective took photos on scene.
3/2 Recovered two purses, one wallet by entrance to Depot Plaza near concrete pillar, from car larcenies. Property bagged as evidence.
